College provides a code of conduct which every student entering its portals is expected to follow. Each students of the college is expected to look on herself as the custodian of the college. She is expected to conduct herself with decorum and dignity that is worthy of her institution. The college expects its students to observe the following rules.
- To listen carefully to the instructions given during the assembly and follow them strictly.
- It is the duty of every students to pay proper respect to the teachers and office staff.
- The instructions on the notice board should be read by the students daily.
- Cleanliness should be maintained at all costs. Bits of papers and skins of fruit should be put into waste paper baskets kept for the purpose at various places.
- Sitting in groups and taking lunch on the college lawns is strictly prohibited.
- Roaming about in the corridors is not allowed.
- Before leaving the class rooms the students should see that all the lights and fans are switched off.
- They should always talk softly and should not shout from a distance.
- No damage to the college property will be condoned under any circumstances.
- The students are expected to wear simple and modest Indian dresses in the college.
- Plucking of flowers is strictly prohibited.
- The students can leave the college only after their classes are over or after the 5th period (whichever is later)
- The students should utilize their free period in the Library and must not indulge in unnecessary loud talk or gossip.
- The students should be regular and punctual in attending their classes. They must bring their identity cards and must produce the identity cards if required by a professor or other authorities.
- Writing and sticking bills on the walls of the college, office building is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing Mobile Phone in the college campus is strictly prohibited.
*Students who are found guilty of infringement of code of conduct shall be liable to punishment in the form of fine, expulsion from the college and withdrawal of admission from the university depending on the seriousness of the offence. On top of all college can refuse admission to such students in the coming years.
RAGGING IN ANY FORM OR MANNER IS STRICTLY BANNED IN THE COLLEGE.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The students should acquaint themselves with all the rules and regulations and follow them strictly. Ignorance of rules will not be accepted as an excuse for their non-observance. Subject combinations offered at the time of admission are final subject to no change later.
